The pricing page includes a monthly/yearly toggle:

  • Monthly — Pay month-to-month where the selected plan supports monthly billing
  • Yearly — Annual billing, roughly equivalent to a two-month saving on hosted plans
  • Self-Host Standard — Annual only

The pricing page includes a frequently asked questions section:

  1. Why is there no free plan? — CasePack is built for MSP teams handling real client incidents, evidence, and audit-ready deliverables. Guided pilots help teams implement the right workflow from the start.
  2. Why don’t you charge per incident? — Incident volume is the wrong incentive. CasePack is priced around operational value.
  3. Why is self-host separate from hosted? — Self-host buyers need deployment rights, license activation, SSO alignment, storage control, and a different support model.
  4. Can we start hosted and move to self-host later? — Yes. The pricing and licensing model supports hosted-to-self-host transition paths for qualified teams.

  4. Continue to the licensing checkout portal

If the checkout is cancelled, the pricing page shows a cancellation toast and lets the user retry.

Self-host and enterprise paths use lead forms rather than direct checkout.
